Pool message boards must be enabled by your Pool Administrator in order to do this.  To access the pool message board, click Message Board from the Pool navigation menu.  To reply to a pool message board topic, click the "Reply" button (see top image).  You will be taken to the Pool Message Board Reply form (bottom image).  Fill in the form and click the "Save and Apply" button to post your reply.
