To post a Pool Notice, you can do it in two ways: Step 4 of the Pool Configuration Wizard allows you to define a Pool Notice; and by editing the notice directly from any pool page.  This help describes the latter process.  From any pool page, click the Edit button in the top right corner of the Pool Notice (top image).  The edit Pool Notice form will be displayed (bottom image). Enter your notice in the text box provided and click the Save button.
