Here's where you manage a selected participant in pools where entry fees are collected once (typically at the beginning of the pool).  You access this page by clicking the corresponding Edit Participant functional icon from the Manage Participants page.  From here, you can record partial (or full) entry fee payments, lock a participant's entry or document any notes about the participant.
